I. Pre-Installation Preparations
Pre-installation preparations are the foundation for ensuring a smooth installation process and involve three aspects: site, tools, and table inspection.
For the site, choose a flat and solid ground, avoiding soft or easily subsiding areas. If the ground flatness is insufficient, foundation treatment should be carried out in advance, such as pouring a concrete foundation. The foundation thickness should be determined based on the table specifications, generally recommended to be no less than 200mm, and the foundation must be cured to achieve sufficient strength (typically with a curing period of no less than 7 days). Additionally, the site should be away from vibration sources, heat sources, and corrosive substances to provide a stable working environment for the table.
